Is there a free trial?
Yes — early access partners receive a guided trial period as part of the founder programme. You'll have time to import your data and evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
Is pricing per guard or per admin user?
Pricing is based on the number of guards in your operation only. Admin users, supervisors, and client portal users are included without additional per-seat charges in most plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. On cancellation, we provide a full export covering guards, shifts, compliance records, incidents, and reports. Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation before secure deletion.
Can I upgrade plans as my team grows?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and pay only the prorated difference. Your founder pricing applies to your current plan — upgrades are at the standard launch price for the new tier.
